This was the second Air Portrait shoot I did and it was definitely quite the experience. On our way out to the Hiawassee river a tire literally started to fall off my car so we had to turn around. We then got to the river where Erin laid down so I could start shooting. She then immediately shot up and started brushing herself off at which point I learned she had laid down directly on top of a bed of fire ants. Because this was only the second shoot I learned that if it isn't sunrise or sunset and you have a model looking straight up, the sun will be in their eyes. So, good learning experience all around but now how I envisioned the day going.
